Minnesota Title Agency was founded in 1978 by Paul D. Cuschieri on a simple belief: treat every client, employee, and person you encounter with respect, kindness, and genuine care. Those values shaped the company he built and the family atmosphere that continues today. Since his passing in 2003, his sons have carried that vision forward alongside a dedicated team, many of whom have been part of the Minnesota Title family for decades. Nearly fifty years later, we remain proud to be a family-owned Michigan company where relationships matter and people come first.
