My name is Michael A. Cuschieri and I am the President and co-owner of Minnesota Title Agency. We are a family owned title insurance and escrow company which has served metropolitan Detroit and the surrounding areas for over 40 years. When my father, Paul D. Cuschieri, formed the company in 1978, his main goal was to treat each customer like he or she were family. This bedrock principle has guided the company for almost half a century. When our dad passed away in 2003, my brother John and I continued dad’s legacy of helping people achieve their dream of homeownership.

Minnesota Title Agency has locations in Livonia and Allen Park and is able to insure real estate anywhere in the State of Michigan. OUR PRINCIPLES

Founder: Paul D. Cuschieri (1940-2003)

Paul founded Minnesota Title circa 1980. He devoted his life to building a company based on honestly, integrity, and hard work. He transformed his company from a small office into a multi million dollar agency and was widely respected as an expert in the title insurance field amongst his peers. Paul passed away in November of 2003 but his presence is still felt throughout the company.

President: Michael A. Cuschieri

Michael graduated from John Carroll University in 1990 and immediately began working in the family business. He assumed the presidency when his father retired in 2003. Since then, he has continued his father's tradition of stressing customer service and treating each customer as if they were family. Michael is married with four children and enjoys sports, reading, and spending time with his family.

Vice President: John C. Cuschieri

John recently rejoined Minnesota Title Agency after graduating with honors from Thomas C. Cooley Law School. His expertise in real estate law is a tremendous asset to the company as well as our customers. John enjoys all sports, coaching football, and reading.
